Center in Shanghai Conservatory. She also taught piano at Marshall University and Nanjing College of Arts.
Consistent through more than 24 years of piano teaching is April's caring of children and strive for perfection. It is her belief that the benefits of piano study should also include patience, perseverance, and appreciation of beauty for every child.
Under careful tutoring, April's students made fast and solid progress. For example, one student participated in the Massachusetts Piano competition in 2002, and won the third place in the 6-7 year old age group. While only the most ambitious students participated in competitions, every child is trained and prepared for the annual audition by American Music College. High level certificates from American Music College are judged very favorably by most universities in their college admission process. April's knowledge, skills and hard working are building a solid foundation for her students' success in the future.
